Reconciliation WA is delighted to offer a new program to support our members with their reconciliation journeys. Our Masterclasses will be informative, meaningful and engaging events aimed to support our members with practical and tangible strategies, advice and guidance on how to turn ideas into action; and amplifying our reconciliation impact.
This session is delivered in collaboration with Rhys Paddick from Modern Custodian.
Overview
This masterclass introduces cultural awareness as lived practice, not information transfer. Participants are guided through a modernised cultural ritual that moves them from awareness into reflection, responsibility, and intentional action.
It meets organisational cultural awareness expectations while offering something deeper: a felt experience of how culture is created, carried, and sustained.
Participants leave with:
- A culturally grounded understanding of Aboriginal culture as living and relevant
- A felt experience of how culture is created through action
- Greater personal responsibility for how they show up at work
- Language and insight to continue conversations beyond the session
