Refund and Returns Policy

Merchandise Refund policy

Reconciliation WA strive to ensure the highest standards of quality across our merchandise range.

Reconciliation WA are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you simply change your mind.

You can choose a refund or exchange within 30 days of payment if an item has a problem. This is when the item:

  • has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it;
  • is unsafe;
  • is significantly different from the sample or description; or
  • doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed.

Please keep your proof of purchase – eg. your receipt.

Refund Process

To request a refund, you must contact the admin team via email admin@recwa.org.au within the 30-day period.

The refund request should include the customers full name, and the reason for the refund request.

Processing Refunds

Once the item has been returned, a refund will be processed within 14 days of approval. 

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

Non-refundable fees

Any administrative or processing fees associated with the purchase are non-refundable.

Changes to the Refund Policy

Reconciliation WA reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be communicated via our website.

Membership Refund Policy

At Reconciliation WA, we strive to ensure our members are satisfied with their membership experience. This refund policy outlines the conditions under which refunds for membership fees will be granted.

  1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the membership purchase date.

Refunds will only be considered for new memberships. Renewals and recurring memberships are not eligible for refunds.

To request a refund, members must contact the Member and Partner Manager via email members@recwa.org.au within 30-days of payment being made to Rec WA.
