Nolan Hunter is the Ex-CEO of the Kimberley Land Council – a not-for-profit Native title rep body (NTRB). Nolan has ties to his people through Bardi and Yawuru native title across saltwater country in the Kimberley Northern Western Australia.His experience span thirty years of Strategic Operational Management and Governance, including directorship of several Indigenous organisations in the Kimberley, including Goolari Aboriginal Media, Mamabulanjin Aboriginal Corporation, and current Board Member of Kimberley Land Council.

Nolan brings passion on advocacy to issues of Indigenous and human rights, cultural maintenance through land management, development of future economic and social opportunities. He has engaged on several national, international, and domestic forums talking to Indigenous economic development, the empowerment agenda, International Community events, and Climate forums on Indigenous land management modelling.

Nolan was Co-Convenor at the Dialogues for Pilbara and Kimberely facilitated by Referendum Council’s second dialogue, and previous Director Uphold & Recognise on Constitutional recognition. Nolan's current role is  Head of Engagement Uluru Dialogue through UNSW Indigenous, Indigenous Rights Lead with Amnesty International and Advisory Panel Member to Minister Hon. Sussan Ley MP Minister for the Environment.

Debra has been a leader in the health and community services sector for well over 20 years driving innovation in service delivery and policy reform, in the areas of Housing and Homelessness, Family Violence, Mental Health, AOD and Community Legal Services.

As CEO of Ruah Community Services, Debra has led impact collaborations, most notably in the work of ending homelessness and made significant contributions to the Government’s long-term policy initiatives including its 10- year Strategy as well as being a founding member of the WA Alliance to End Homelessness.

Debra has a strong vision and a strategic approach to ending areas of significant injustice in our community, requiring support and action from across Government, the community services sector, corporate Western Australia, and the wider community. She has served on the Board of numerous WA Peak Bodies.

Debra was also appointed as the Non-Aboriginal Co-Chair in April 2024 for Reconciliation WA.

Carolyn Davis is a proud Noongar woman of Minang descent, with a strong commitment to driving meaningful change through reconciliation. She began her career in the public sector in 2005 and has since worked across a range of government agencies, including the Department of Justice, the Commissioner for Children and Young People, the Disability Services Commission, and the Department of Training and Workforce Development.

Since 2022, Carolyn has served as Program Director, Aboriginal Strategy and Reconciliation at Water Corporation, where she leads the Yesterday, Today, Tomorrow Strategy and the organisation’s Reconciliation Action Plan.

Carolyn has also been a Director on the Board of Reconciliation WA since 2018. She is deeply dedicated to strengthening relationships and creating positive outcomes for Aboriginal and non-Aboriginal communities through reconciliation.

Kyra Galante is a Guburn (Kupurn) woman from the Goldfields region of WA, with Noongar connections.

She has over 20 years’ experience delivering Indigenous community engagement, recruitment and mentoring strategies in the resources industry. As Worley Australia’s First Nations Participation Director she focusses on fostering positive business partnerships between First Nations companies and Worley Australia.

Kyra guides Worley to facilitate the energy transition’s alignment with Indigenous cultural values to protect land, water and heritage. This year Kyra graduated with a Masters of Indigenous Business Leadership from Monash University.

Kyra’s recent role is being the WA ambassador for Yes 23 campaign for the ‘Voice to Parliament’.

Helen has been a board member of Reconciliation WA for the last three years. She is a councillor in Local Government and sits on the State Council of the WA Local Government Association. She continues to work as a doctor in general practice. She has strong relationships with and knowledge of the local government and medical sectors. Additionally she has many years’ experience working on not-for-profit boards and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Helen is an Australian-New Zealander, having lived half of her life in each country. Experiencing New Zealand’s advances in reconciliation further inspire her to commit her energy to reconciliation in WA.

She intends to use her leadership and governance skills, together with her positive and open operational style to continue to advance reconciliation.

Carol Martin BASW JP OAM is a pioneering leader, advocate, and artist with a remarkable career marked by her commitment to Indigenous rights and social justice. As the first Aboriginal woman elected to any Australian Parliament, she served as a Member for Kimberley from 2001 to 2013, championing the rights of Indigenous Australians and supporting the Stolen Generations. She holds a Bachelor of Social Work and has a distinguished background in social services, contributing to health, education, and family reunification. Her art, celebrated for its deep cultural messages, is displayed in prestigious institutions including Government House, Canberra. Carol’s contributions have been recognised with numerous awards, including the Order of Australia Medal (2023) and induction into the WA Women’s Hall of Fame (2022), highlighting her lifelong dedication to the Kimberley and Indigenous communities.

Jeremy is a proud First Nations man from the Thiin Mah and Warrianga Yamatji language group, currently serving as the First Nations Lead at St John Ambulance WA. With over ten years’ experience as a Paramedic and five years as a volunteer in remote Aboriginal communities. Jeremy’s role bridges clinical expertise with cultural knowledge aimed at improving health outcomes, equity and access for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, as well as providing culturally responsive stakeholder engagement and organisation-wide initiatives that embed cultural safety within pre-hospital and emergency care.

Jeremy has worked for Woodside since 2005 and over this time has held various positions in Finance and Marketing & Trading. Prior to Woodside he spent over 8 years within the equity and financial services industry and 2 years working as a Treasury specialist. Jeremy is a director of various Woodside subsidiary companies and is actively involved in the community. Jeremy holds a Bachelor of Commerce/Science majoring in Chemistry, a Master of Accounting, FINSIA accreditation and an MBA majoring in Corporate Finance. He is a member of the Australia Institute of Company Directors and the Tax Institute.

The daughter of Dutch immigrants, Nicole was born and raised in Brisbane. For twenty years her feet have been planted in Boorloo. Nicole’s own journey of unlearning through truth-seeking, listening and connection informs her work as doctor, educator, coach, leader and mother in metropolitan and rural settings. Nicole’s mission is to centre Indigenous ways grounded in connection to Country, Community and Culture as fundamental to health and wellbeing. She brings skills in difficult conversations that begin with respect, honesty and compassion. Connecting with and bringing together people is her strength. Nicole believes connection is key to healing and true reconciliation.

Vince is currently the Co-Chair of the Reconciliation Action Working Group at Communicare and has a deep and abiding professional and personal commitment to reconciliation. Vince has 20 years of experience in technology and digital transformation and work in the ‘for purpose’ sector to make a difference in the lives of others through innovative technology solutions and data security that embraces inclusion and diversity. All of his efforts have a clear focus on strengthening relationships between Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and non-Indigenous people to work towards reconciliation in Vince’s lifetime for future generations.

As the Chief Executive Officer, Jody oversees Reconciliation WA, and maintains our strong stakeholder networks across the reconciliation community prioritising Aboriginal voice. She leads our team to implement the strategy and objectives of our organisation.

Levi is responsible for the development, delivery and oversight of Reconciliation WA’s Cultural Engagement and Impact portfolio, including the strategic areas of Advocacy, Special Projects (including National Reconciliation Week), and Education.

As the General Manager People, Operations & Sustainability, Steve supports the Reconciliation WA team and maintains the strong and efficient operations of the organisation.

Aligned to RWA’s Strategic Plan and Social Impact Framework, Steve also leads the strategic development and operational delivery of the organisation’s internal functions to support high-performing, culturally safe, and sustainable outcomes. This includes oversight of people and culture, organisational operations, systems, and sustainability.

Alicia ensures the planning and delivery of Reconciliation WA's marketing and communications to members, partners and the broader community in line with the 2025-2030 Strategy.

Astrid is responsible for leading the strategic development and implementation of RWA’s membership frameworks, stakeholder engagement and reconciliation programming for corporate and community organisations, individuals and families.

Pamela supports educators across WA in implementing the cross-curriculum priority of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander History and Cultures, and the Aboriginal Cultural Standards Framework.

Jade oversees effective planning and delivery of Project Respect - an important reconciliation stakeholder engagement program that is informing the next horizon of Reconciliation WA's strategic plan as we expand our services to all regions across the state.

Michelle supports positive partner and program experiences across the reconciliation community, including the coordination of RWA’s Street Banner Program. Her role is key to maintaining strong relationships and delivering culturally grounded, high-impact programs.

Ellie plays a key support role in RWA’s flagship regional engagement initiative – the Rising Program. Her role involves coordinating, implementing, and evaluating activities, as well as building strong relationships within Aboriginal and ally networks across the regions.

Monique is responsible for supporting the coordination and day-to-day operation of the RWA office, including front-of-house services, internal administration, office systems, facilities management, and staff support. As the first point of contact for RWA visitors and a key support role across the organisation, this position contributes to the smooth functioning, professionalism, and welcoming culture of the RWA office
environment.

Cassie plays a key role in developing, coordinating and delivering high-quality communications and digital content to support RWA’s purpose, programs, and engagement goals. Her role is central to building RWA’s brand, voice, and reach across internal and external platforms.
