Reconciliation WA RAP READY Workshop – Tools to support you on your reconciliation journey
Reconciliation WA is excited to deliver our next Reconciliation Ready session for 2026!
A reconciliation‑ready organisation begins with clarity, shared purpose, and the confidence to take meaningful action. This workshop introduces the RAP Ready program as a practical, culturally grounded starting point for anyone beginning, strengthening, or stepping into an organisation’s reconciliation commitment.
RAP Ready supports participants to:
- Understand the purpose and importance of reconciliation in workplaces and communities
- Explore why a clear framework, strategy or action plan strengthens impact
- Identify key considerations before starting or joining a reconciliation journey
- Build confidence in culturally safe, respectful and effective approaches
- Access practical tools, tips and guidance to support action
- Stay connected, engaged, motivated and activated over the long term
Who Should Attend:
- Senior leaders and executives shaping organisational direction
- People and Culture, HR and OD teams responsible for culture, capability and policy
- Diversity, Equity and Inclusion leads
- RAP Working Group members (current or emerging)
- Staff new to an organisation already on a reconciliation journey
