Reconciliation WA is delighted to invite you to attend session three of our Reconciliation Masterclasses series, a program to support our members with their reconciliation journeys. Our Masterclasses will be informative, meaningful and engaging events aimed to support our members with practical and tangible strategies, advice and guidance on how to turn ideas into action; and amplifying our reconciliation impact.
This session is delivered in collaboration with Rachelle Towart from Pipeline Talent & Dreamjobz
Overview
This session will help you:
Visibility and Representation: Explore why visibility matters — how Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander leadership changes what’s possible for the next generation, and how seeing mob in decision-making roles inspires systemic change.
Creating Pathways, Not Posters: Move beyond symbolic inclusion to real access. Discuss how organisations can embed First Nations talent pipelines, leadership pathways, and cultural safety into their systems and strategies.
Leadership on Our Terms: Challenge deficit thinking and redefine leadership through an Indigenous lens — grounded in community, identity, reciprocity, and collective strength.
This masterclass is also a unique opportunity to connect with others in this space, share insights, and learn how to embed First Nations perspectives meaningfully into your strategy
