Reconciliation WA is delighted to deliver the first session in our new Masterclass Series. Our Masterclasses will be informative, meaningful and engaging events aimed to support our members with practical and tangible strategies, advice and guidance on how to turn idea’s into action; and amplifying our reconciliation impact.
Our first session we are collaborating with Topaz McAuliffe and Caitlin Leslie from 15 Times Better, a First Nations-owned and led business who are setting the standard for authentic First Nations corporate engagement across Australia.
Overview
This masterclass looks beyond just setting employment targets. It explores the leadership, culture and systems that make First Nations employment outcomes real, measurable and lasting.
Many organisations have targets – through RAPs or contracts – but haven’t checked whether their own systems, data, or culture are ready to support them. The result? High turnover, unsafe environments, and one-off programs that don’t stick.
