How does a buyer update their details?  

Buyers can update the details on their order and individual tickets using the "manage order" button available on the order confirmation email sent to them after their purchase. 

They will need to ensure they are on the update order tab and select edit next to any ticket details they need to update.  

Can we make changes to attendees after we’ve submitted the list?

Yes you can continue to make changes to your booking. Please note final cut off for all updates is 5:00pm on Tuesday, 12^th May. Any dietary requirements received after this date may not be guaranteed.

Your tickets are generated and sent automatically through Humanitix. If you have not received your tickets or invoice within a couple of hours, please check your spam or junk mail folder.

Instructions to View Breakfast via a Watch Party

There are multiple options for viewing, these are:

• Via a web link
• Via SBS on Demand on your SMART TV
• Via NITV on regular TV
• At a later time or date than the live broadcast

If joining us via web link (ie through your laptop or computer)

Option A

1. If you do not have an account with SBS or NITV head to https://www.sbs.com.au/ondemand/ and on the top right and select Sign Up to create an account (if you do have an account, go to step 3)
2. Once signing up you will be emailed a verification, click on this to activate your account and then once successfully verified, click on the SBS logo at the top of that page
3. On the morning of the breakfast, use the link below to directly access our live stream of the NRW Breakfast program.
4. Head to this URL: https://www.sbs.com.au/ondemand/watch/1726825539597
5. You will automatically connect to the live stream (please note if you jump online before 9am you may see a slide – stay tuned until the telecast starts)

Option B

1. Head to this URL https://www.sbs.com.au/ondemand/
2. If you do not have an account with SBS or NITV head to the top right and select Sign Up to create an account
3. Once signing up you will be emailed a verification, click on this to activate your account and then once successfully verified, click on the SBS logo at the top of that page
4. Scroll down to Featured Live Channels and select NITV Live Stream
5. You will be asked to log-in, please enter your details
6. You will automatically connect to the live stream

For those joining us via a SMART TV

Option A

1. Ensure you have an account with SBS On Demand, it is free to sign up
2. Head to the app SBS On Demand
3. Select Featured

5. Select NITV
6. You will be on the live stream of the program

National Reconciliation Week (NRW) is a time for all Australians to learn about our shared histories, cultures, and achievements, and to explore how each of us can contribute to achieving reconciliation in Australia.

The dates for NRW are the same each year; 27 May to 3 June and the theme this year is, "ALL IN" (learn more here).

The NRW dates commemorate two significant milestones in the reconciliation journey— the successful 1967 referendum, and the High Court Mabo decision respectively.

27 May 1967

On this day, Australia’s most successful referendum saw more than 90 per cent of Australians vote to give the Australian Government power to make laws for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and recognise them in the Census.

3 June 1992

On this day, the Australian High Court delivered the Mabo decision, the culmination of Eddie Koiki Mabo’s challenge to the legal fiction of ‘terra nullius’, leading to the legal recognition of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples as the Traditional Owners and Custodians of lands.

NRW is led by Reconciliation Australia. Reconciliation Australia is the national organisation responsible for building and promoting reconciliation between Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and other Australians. Reconciliation Australia creates a theme for National Reconciliation Week each year.

Reconciliation WA works with Reconciliation Australia and the other State reconciliation peak bodies to lead National Reconciliation Week activities in Western Australia. Thousands of workplaces, schools, early learning services, universities, councils, and more organise their own private or public activities for National Reconciliation Week.

The NRW 2026 Guide and Digital Kit are your best resources for National Reconciliation Week planning. Check out the Guide for a rundown of all the events taking place this year, with some helpful suggestions for getting involved – no matter where you live or work. Our Digital Kit includes a whole stack of resources to refer to, from educational resources and cultural engagement guides, to printable and social media templates.

The digital kit will be made available in early April. Keep an eye on our social media platforms and website; we will share updates as they come to hand.

There are so many ways to get your schools, classes and students to learn about reconciliation and join in on National Reconciliation Week 2026, including:

• Join the livestream into our Reconciliation Breakfast on Wednesday 27 May, and then take your class through a mat time story session for the little kids, or a reconciliation history lesson for the bigger kids.

• Join our Walk for Reconciliation. More details coming. Register your interest
• Download our special National Reconciliation Week 2026 education resource list and booklist - The digital kit will be made available in early April. Keep an eye on our social media platforms and website; we will share updates as they come to hand.

• Participate in our ReconciliACTION card activity and have your students tell us their reconciliation dream for Australia!

If you are trying to access an event that is ‘sold out’: due to venue limits we are unable to release additional tickets for any of our events. Please join the waitlist, and you may be notified if tickets become available. Many of our events include online access, which we encourage you to consider.

The National Reconciliation Week Breakfast is an opportunity to come together, reflect, and take action - wherever you are. Host a community watch party, tune in from home or work, there are many ways to engage in meaningful conversations.

PLEASE REGISTER so we can keep you up to date on programming, send you details on how to tune in via NITV/SBS, and so we know where our amazing viewers are tuning in from. 

We encourage all organisations hosting a Watch-Party to consider supporting the broadcast with a donation.  This will support Reconciliation WA to continue to bring meaningful programs to the reconciliation community.

The 2026 National Reconciliation Week Breakfast is a moment for all of us to come together, reflect, and take meaningful action—wherever we gather. Whether you're joining us in person at Optus Stadium, hosting a community Watch Party, or tuning in from home, there are countless ways to be part of the movement.

This year, we’re inviting organisations, schools, councils, families, and community groups across WA to host Watch Parties for the live‑streamed Breakfast and help carry the message of reconciliation further than ever. In the spirit of the 2026 NRW theme All In, we encourage every Western Australian to stand firm in their own “I’m In” commitment to truth telling, unity, and shared purpose.

Set up mat time for students, watch the education segment, yarn as a class, and read a First Nations storybook together.

Can’t join live? Stream the recorded broadcast on NITV On Demand at a time that works for your workplace, classroom, or community group.

Gather around the lounge room or kitchen table, tune in, and share conversations that deepen understanding and connection.

Partner with local organisations, community groups, or businesses to create a shared space for learning, listening, and truth telling. Invite Aboriginal Elders, leaders, and speakers from your area to keep the conversation going after the broadcast.

How to get to Optus Stadium

Catch the train

Trains are now stopping at Optus Stadium precinct, seven days a week. Plan your journey with the Transperth Journey Planner - https://www.transperth.wa.gov.au/

Catch the bus to Matagarup Bridge

Passengers can catch the free Red CAT bus service and walk over the Matagarup Bridge to get to the Stadium.

Parking

Free guest parking is available on the Northern Oval. Please refer to the map for directions on how to get there. ACROD bays are located in Marlee Loop, there are some bays available on a first come first served basis.

Taxi or Rideshare

A dedicated taxi rank is located adjacent to Victoria Park Drive.

Taxi or rideshare eg. Ola or Uber vehicles, can pick up or drop off passengers in the Marlee Loop car park on non-event days.

Directions from Northern Oval to River View Rooms

Located on Level 3 of Optus Stadium, please use entry Gate C and follow signage to direct you to the River View Rooms. You will experience a smoking ceremony on arrival before entering the building.

Mobile buggies will be available to transport guests from the parking area to Gate C on request. Please ask our event staff to arrange.

Directions from Camfield Parking/Train/Taxi drop off to River View Rooms

Located on Level 3 of Optus Stadium, please use entry Gate D and follow signage to direct you to the River View Rooms.

Reconciliation WA commit to creating an accessible National Reconciliation Week program of events for everyone around the state, no matter where you live and work.

The majority of our events including the Reconciliation Breakfast, Reconciliation Memoirs, Pathways to Truth are all available for online registrations so you can livestream on the day.

Most importantly, we invite everyone in the state who may not be able to make one of our in-person events to create their own and tune into the flagship Reconciliation Breakfast, live from Optus Stadium in Boorloo on Wednesday, 27 May.

Please keep an eye out for our "Digital Kit" which is our free, all‑in‑one resource to help every Western Australian plan their National Reconciliation Week activities. Launching in early April, it’s designed to make participation simple and meaningful, with guides, templates, media assets, T‑shirt files and Reconcili‑ACTION cards ready to use for events, classrooms and workplaces.

Doors will open at the in person event at 7 AM for seating by 7:30 AM. The event finishes at 10:30 AM. The breakfast program is coming soon. 

If you cannot make the breakfast in person, you can watch live at 9 AM on NITV or stream on SBS On Demand.
