Place-based Reconciliation Little Yarn; Gnowangerup

Gnowangerup Aboriginal Community Centre

As valued community members and Place-based Reconciliation Pilot partners, we warmly invite you to re-connect and reflect with us during National Reconciliation Week.

This year’s National Reconciliation theme is NOW MORE THAN EVER.

Now more than ever, the work continues. We need connection. We need respect. We need action. And we need change.

These Little Yarns are a continuation of the Place-based Reconciliation activity commenced in 2023.
The yarn is an opportunity for you to reflect, listen and share in the stories and sentiments of where too next in this post-referendum landscape.  We will guide you through the session with conversation starters and thought prompters as well as having opportunities for you to share your story, should you wish too.

If you should need to step away and disconnect for a while, please feel supported to do so, this is a culturally safe and inclusive space for everyone.
